Costa Maya Ruins Excursion

Has anyone done the Kohunlich and Dzibanché all day ruins excursion. I recall seeing info about this all day trip before but I believe it was on the old board and can't find it now. It looks like it would be interesting but my husband is reluctant to go because it is an 8 hour excursion. Someone responded that the Chacchoben site only has one structure and these other two have a lot more. I guess my question is - is it worth the all day trip?

We have heard all kinds of things about those tours, so we haven't done them. It would prob be 6 hours in bus and 2 hours at the ruins. Good luck..Dennis

I would be interested in hearing what you've learned about the all day (long) tour. I understand that we will spend a fair amount of time on a bus getting there and getting back but is it worth it? Were there problems with the roads, the drivers, etc. Any info would be appreciated. I don't won't to waste my entire day if it would be better to spend it on the beach.
