Comments about cabin #10010 on the Pearl

Sailing on the NCL Pearl June 15th, RT from Seattle. We have been assigned cabin #10010. Would you be happy with this cabin or not? Also since we have already been assigned a cabin and we requested Balcony guarantee, could the cabin be upgraded before we board? I do not really understand the upgrade process.

 

We also booked the Flight and Feast in Juneau. That sounded really exciting....

 

Any input would be appreciated... Thanks

as far as how NCL upgrades, all upgrades are very iffy.

the lowest level of balcony is the BE, you are in a BA..2nd highest. sounds like you have been upgraded? the balcony cabins are the same, it's location, location,location. with the higher decks been the higher level of cabins. you could be changed...or moved, maybe, maybe not. usually, upgrades are without the same catagory of cabins. many of us never get upgraded.

sounds like you have a good cabin. you have cabins below and above you....that's good, less chance of noise from late night activites in the public areas.
