Do P&O send tickets and how long do they usually take?

Hi,

 

how long do P&O generally take to send out tickets or paperwork, or is it all online. I have logged into the cruise personaliser and it has this

 

Cruise Number: W815

Departure Date 02 May 2008

Duration: 10 nights

Ship: -ERROR- (PD)(PA)

Requested Cabin Number: Axxx

 

The xxx is actually a number, need a little privacy :), but the error on the ship field isn't. The cabin number is also showing as requested, when does this become confirmed and surely they wouldn't downgrade it.

 

Just some questions from a cruising virgin :o

Going on that cruise too. We have received our tickets and blue folder. Still don't know cabin number yet only know deck level booked with possible upgrade. We are hoping the cabin fairy is kind to us.:D

Ah there's good news tonight! If you have your tickets, maybe ours will come in about 2 weeks. We cruise on 17 May. We really want to snatch up those Great Barrier Reef Tour tickets.

That error in the ship field on the cruise personaliser has been going on for nearly 2 years.

 

We booked the PD back in mid 2006 and we are booked again for next year - and P&O has always had it as an error on both cruise personalisers.

Scott,

 

They send them after the final payment has been received and usually about 1 month before sailing date.

 

That's right ....... when i was recently onboard Pacific Dawn, they were issued about 60 days prior to disembarkation.

 

So you been cruising much?

We booked the PD back in mid 2006 and we are booked again for next year - and P&O has always had it as an error on both cruise personalisers.

 

That's a relief, was a little concerned.

we are going on that cruise and we have our blue folder so your one wont be long in coming but we dont have a cabin number as yet

 

we got just back yesterday from the 7th march cruise on the PD and there must have been 500 kids on the ship, some were good and some like fererals, they had a special for kids they were saying any kids under 12 travelled free
