Any tips for a day's activities (AM - 5PM) in Cayo Levantado? I've never been to the Dominican Republic. We like: adventure, nice beaches, upscale all-inclusive resorts. DW likes shopping for fine jewelry. She especially likes David Yurman / John Hardy.

Any advice on how to spend the day would be greatly appreciated.
