Fuel Surcharge question

:confused: Does anyone know if Carnival will be refunding the fuel surcharge fee they added to our final payment?:)

I know that Royal Caribbean and Celebrity are doing it, however I am not clear about Carnival.:confused:

I've not heard anything about it, but why are the others refunding it? I know that there was some issue with not being able to charge the Canadians, but I wasn't aware of any other exceptions. And none of my fuel service charges have been removed for the remainder of this years cruisings.

No, Carnival is not refunding it as of right now. We are all crossing our fingers. Check the Carnival board, there is a long post about it.

I have been checking the financial news, and only RCCL has reached such an agreement with the Florida DA.
