Brochure vs. CC reality on SA suite perks

We're finally going to try an SA for our next cruise, and in reading the 2009 HAL brochure, the list of suite perks does not mention free laundry nor does it say personalized stationary.

 

But reading the HAL 2009 Cruise Planner, it says free laundry and personalized stationary.

 

I'm curious as to what the CC'ers onboard experience with all this has been. Whatever perks we end up with, we'll be happy, we're cruising in an SA!

I've sailed in SA and SB cabins on all four of HAL's Vista Class ships. Laundry and personalized stationery has always been included! Enjoy!

Same for us on our Zuiderdam cruise. The really took advantage of the complimentary laundry. We hardly had any dirty clothes to take home.

We have enjoyed the perks of an SB suite 3x with another booked. I actually use the stationary to write my thank you notes and we make full use of laundry and dry cleaning.
