Intercontinental Hotel

For anyone who has stayed at the Intercontinental pre-cruise.....

What is nearby this resort, besides other resorts. Are there any mini-marts or supermarkets nearby. What kind of restaurants are within walking distance? Just booked this for pre-Serenade for next January. Booked via Priceline for $150. Just interested in what's nearby.

There is a supermarket across the street. You can go there to get any water or other things to take on the ship with you. Also in the hotel is a Japanese steakhouse and a Ruth Chris Steakhouse. A short walk is the Embassy Suites and there is an Outback steakhouse inside of there.

 

The hotel and casino are great. Next door is the El San Juan Hotel and Casino. They have a night club there. I do not know the restaurants.

might not be what you are looking for but when we stayed there, we walked to a Ponderosa that was just a block or 2 away from this hotel...

 

there is also a Burger King next to the Ponderosa...
