Zuiderdam "S" midship or aft

Can't help on the question about sun on the midship S suites on the Zuiderdam but have stayed 3 times on the aft S suites with wraparound balconies. We also have one scheduled again for late November this year. Everyone has their own personal likes and dislikes on what they want. We like the aft suites with the wraparound balconies more than any other because we love the large balconies and its really quiet back there as not many people are walking in the halls. If you have one of these suites you do not have as much privacy as the side suites but your side portion of the wraparound balcony is covered so you still have a lot of privacy. The S suites on the side not counting the balcony is about 395 sq. ft. The rear ones are smaller in cabin space but that varies on what deck you are on. 5186 and 5187 are the about 365 sq ft these are the biggest. The ones on the Rotterdam deck are about 330 sq ft. We've stayed in 7133,5186, and 5187 we've liked them all. Hope this helps.
