Booking EZ cruise from UK

I have just tried to book EZ cruise parking online, and it won't let me because I didn't enter the State!! It gave no option to change the country.

 

Does anyone know if there is anyway I can get round this? They don't provide an e-mail address and the phone number for help is not straightforward for the UK - it is a number and their name?? not just numbers :confused: Anyone have an alternative phone number for them?
