Crown Spin Class....

Hi,

 

Anybody on the crown recently and know anything about the spin classes? Do they have them every day and do you recall the time of day?

 

Trying to keep the food effects in check and plan day events :D

I was on the Crown last month and saved some of the patters. No spinning classes on port days. The one patter I didn't save was on the sea day. On port days the schedule was 7am Walk-a-Mile, 7:30am Stretch and Relax, and 5pm Circuit Training. I wonder what the fitness staff do all day on port intensive cruises???
