Twins and a baby...

Hi - Does anyone know what there is to do that is fun in Progresso? I have 11 year old twin boy/girl and a 19 month old daughter. I wanted to do something fun. We booked RCCL from Galveston and now I am regreating it. They canceled Costa Maya because it was ruined in the last hurricane and now I am finding out that Progresso is horrible. A lot of you ae saying to stay on the boat. My husband and twins LOVE to snorkel. I wanted to find something for everyone. Someone mentioned climbing pyramids. Sounds like it would be to hot to do. I just want a great experience for the kids. What about an all inclusive? Is it worth the price? How long of a cab ride? Please help... Any experts out there...
