Best enchiladas in Cozumel?

We will be in Cozumel for the first time in a couple of weeks. My husband and I LOVE enchiladas. For those of you that have been to Cozumel before...where is the best place to get really good enchiladas? We're anxious to try them there, but want to go to right place!

 

Any suggestions???:D
