Chef's Table - Who's Tried It?

We're most interested in trying this new Chef's Table experience which Princess introduced a year ago January. I'd like to hear from people who have tried it and find out what they thought of it. Also, what ships now offer it? Over the next year, we have cruises planned on the Grand, Star, Caribbean and Emerald.
