Has anyone used cozumeltours.com recently?

I have read many older posts from Solita about Nelda's company of cozumeltours.com but nothing has been posted since they retired and it was taken over by two new owners. Their pricing seems quite high in comparison to the private driver we were going to hire for a private tour of Cozumel. I'm just curious if people are still as pleased with them as they were with the previous owner.

How about the Cozumel Insider'sCustom tour. Their prices look better, but I just can't find that much information about them on this board for a private custom tour.

Maybe I should ask if anyone knows of any other reliable driver/guides for hire for the day? Someone on our ship's roll call booked the often mentioned Gerry before we did, so we have to find some ther type of touring. We have a member in our group who has difficulty walking, so we want to go the private route.

I know nothing about cozumeltours. Cozumel insider is highly reccomended on this board due to great customer service.

Thanks for your info. I have seen lots of posts about their customer service, but they are always about specific excursions. I am hoping that I can find somone who has taken a custom island tour.
