Independence deck 5 plans

I was on RCL's site and they have a note that says deck 5 plans May 2008-November 2009

 

Does anyone know if they are making changes with it or what's up?

(It is the promenade deck)

I don´t think so and this note is not only on Deck 5 but on all Decks and a similar note is on the deck plans for all ships.;)
