Guide to discounts for Plat/Dia/Dia+

Recommended Posts

Ty. I know somewhere it is listed the amt $ for the amt of days on the cruise for Plat/Diam. and they have to be balcony rooms. I'm asking because I have a 10 day and am diamond and got $300 off. My SIL is Plat. and wants to know how much she would have off for bal. on same cruise.

I think it's best to call C&A, they can tell you straight up what the discount is for each particular cabin you're interested in for each cruise. I also have been told that I could get the cabin discount applied retroactively by calling C&A when I made the reservation as a gold C&A member, and subsequently made it to platinum. They'll update the reservation for you.

Can you give me the site to find $ discounts for C & A? TY

Hi

These are the Old and the New discount amounts. Some people do not realize RCCL has changed them. ;)

What they have done is, they now require you sail a longer cruise to get the higher discount.

What used to be $300 Diamond for a 9 night cruise, now requires you to sail 10 nights to get that amount.

Here are the old amounts

Here is all of them.

Platinum Balcony discount is,

$50 for 3-5 nights (not days)

$100 for 6-8 nights (not days)

$200 for 9 nights or above (not days)

Diamond and Diamond Plus Balcony discount is,

$100 for 3-5 nights (not days)

$200 for 6-8 nights (not days)

$300 for 9 nights or above (not days)

That is per cabin, not per person.

TY so much for the info. HAGD

You might still want to call and check. ;)

Someone posted on here that the C&A person said they would get when this they called and asked.

She says a 6 to 10 day cruise is $300 discount. Five days $100.

I replied that I believe that C&A person was not correct. No one gets $300 for a 6 day cruise that we have ever heard of?
