knot knormal Posted March 30, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 30, 2008 Earlier this year someone posted a website that tells if large groups are booked on selected cruises. I lost it. The last two cruises in February there were large groups that "took over" several lounges and could be difficult to talk to - does anyone know this site? We're considering another February cruise and don't want to run into this same problem. Thanks

mikeythemars Posted March 30, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 30, 2008 Try this link: http://www.shoretrips.com/common/groups2.asp?grpsrch=GRPNAM Try clicking on the date to rearrange the cruises and help find your cruise fast. Even though it likely only includes groups that are arranging tours through it, that's a very useful site to get a general sense of whether their might be a large group aboard a given cruise. Fortunately, our sailing didn't show up on the list!!!
kodidog Posted March 30, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 30, 2008 ....another way is to check your sailing date and ship on G***le. We did this for the two dates in April we were considering and found out that one is being sold by various agencies as a group type cruise. Our final decision wasn't based on this fact though. We thought that sailing to Hawaii with a full moon overhead would be extra special. ;)
