late day in port

we are going to be on carnival fascination and in cozumel april 23. i noticed one of the beach clubs says they close at 5pm. can anyone recommend a beach area that is open later as it seems we would only get to spend a couple hours at this beach if we went? i would also like a beach that you can snorkel at.

We are also coming in late on Imagination... We may look into a resort with a day pass. I saw one mentioned here. I just need to find it. Perhaps you can get a bit more beach/swim time that way.
