Bearing Sea Crab Fishermen's Tour in Ketch

My wife and I will be in Ketch on the Infinity in June. We want to book the Bearing Sea Crab Fishermen's Tour on the F/V Aleutian Ballad which was featured on the Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch. It looks very interesting but our concern is they will stick us in an enclosed space allowing us to watch from afar or througha window. Has anyone done this tour or know anything about it?
