Booked a post-cruise, how do we and our luggage travel?

We're going on the southbound Alaska trip in July and have booked a 2 night post-cruise hotel through X. How will that work when we dock in Vancouver? Will X transport our bags and us to the hotel? Since disembark so early in the morning, can we check in early? What is the mode of transport?

 

So excited about the trip, but I like to be in control so didn't use a TA, who, I'm sure, would have the answer to my question!!
