It's available on most decks but not in cabins on Deck 3. Mostly on deck 5 and 6 center ship or even deck 4 by Reception.

Note: it is not cheap!!! $25.00 for 100 minutes.

All you need is 21 nights on Regent to get your Internet access for free. Of course that WILL cost more than $25!!:o

Actually compared to Celebrity, Carnival and Holland America, that *is* relatively cheap. I just paid $100 for for 250 minutes on the Westerdam last week.
