Visa's for Myanmar and Vietnam

Haven't got our pre cruise documents yet and were wondering if anyone has had previous experience with obtaining these visas. Sometimes it takes a little longer from Canada.

 

We will be sailing from Singapore on Dec. 7/ 04 and not sure when we should start pressuring Seabourn for the pre-cruise documents

 

Any advise would be appreciated.
