As of right now, Lisa(Claudio's ass't) is subbing for Claudio who is on vacation and due back soon.

Lisa is currently the concierge on the Gem. She was the concierge on the Spirit.

That's correct. He'll be back in May, and will be on the Gem through the summer. We're looking forward to seeing him at the end of August when we sail the Gem again, out of Barcelona (which we last sailed out of on the Jewel).

 

Claudio was also the concierge when we sailed in the Baltics on the Jewel.
