Deep Sea Fishing in Cozumel

[b]Since we have so much time to spend in Cozumel (early a.m. - 12:00 a.m.) my husband would love to go deep sea fishing. Can anyone recommend an excursion he can take?[/b]

Last year while on the Celebration, I young man in our group did the ship's deep sea fishing excursion. Though he did not catch anything, he had a great time. He reported that he was the only one on the boat though that did not get sick and all the others were asking if he had extra patches for sea sickness. Seems like he paid around $175-200 for the excursion for 4-5 hours.

One downfall he reported was that he expected to be fishing the entire time but you had to "take turns" at the reels. I believe that there were six fisherman on the trip and he got to spend more time with the reels because the other guys were so sick. So, wear a patch or take some medicine before you go to try to combat that problem.

Great recommendation. We went sailing with them last summer. Wonderful trip for the money.
