Kusadesi/Ephasus on a Sunday

are ruins in Ephasus open?--what about House of Virgin Mary?

If a ship is in port, I wouldn't have thought they'd give up a chance of trying to get a few hundred more people to look at their wares:D

Turkey is not a Christian country and you will find plenty of shops open in Kusadasi. Ephesus is open for tourists of course; do not know about Mary's house, but I would expect that to be open also unless the celebrate some kind of service or mass there.:)
