If the US would be so health conscious than riddle me the burger culture and the tremendous amount of overweight people. As a matter of fact I challenge you to the notion that people are more health conscious and more healthy now. A large percentage around me are overweight and have health problems related to their weight: knees, kidney, liver, stomache, heart etc.

While its true that a higher percentage of Americans and other nationalities are overweight,there are also a higher percentage in better than average shape.The folks in the middle are moving one way or another.Health Clubs are springing up everywhere and staying busy,theres a Curves on every corner.If there are not more health conscious people explain the health club usage and the decline in smoking and if smokers are keeping cruises lines in business explain the excellent changes they are making

Not really. Blu is not billed as a "healthy dining venue" and Celebrity would be the first to admit that. Blu offers lighter, "clean" fare, but there will still be plenty of red meat and items with refined flour and sugar to be had.

 

Less rich and fatty foods, yes. Particularly healthy, no. Try the AquaSpa Cafe instead.
