harcin Posted April 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2008 My husband & I have always enjoyed the casino experience on ship. Was wondering what the casinos are like on Az compared to Celebrity, other then the size difference. Thanks.
MetravelUtoo? Posted April 13, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 13, 2008 Hello! I was on the Journey 03/10/08 and I was shocked at how small the casino was. Only 2 BJ tables...and not near as many machines as I normally see. All in all...it is about 1/4 the size of normal ship casinos. Hope this helps. (Also, bar service was almost non-existent....had to ask the pit boss to get a bartender everytime I wanted a drink...no bartenders circulating.) greeneg Posted April 13, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 13, 2008 On the plus side, there was no smoking in the Casino which meant that you could actually see the machines......:)

That is a good thing and you don't smell like a cigarette when you leave....
1cruiselvr Posted April 13, 2008 #5 Share Posted April 13, 2008 Quest had the smallest casino I've experienced on a cruise ship. With that said, I still managed to win $300 on a penny slot machine. :D:D
JBeaune Posted April 13, 2008 #6 Share Posted April 13, 2008 I also came out $150 ahead on the penny machines. Never had so much fun. Played all the time. My friend who played 10 pennies at a time eventually won $250. We were on the 15 Feb Quest. Joan
