How early for 4 p.m. Baltimore departure?

Can't wait.. only about 40 hrs. to go.. leaving Sunday on the Miracle out of Baltimore.. papers say sign-in 1:30 - 3:30 p.m., for a 4 p.m. departure. What would be the right time to get there?? Don't know how early they will let us board?? Papers, everything ready to go!! : )
