AOS Gym classes...

Recommended Posts

They have cycling and yoga for sure,(and I think a $10 fee applies) but sign up as early as possible. I tried twice to get into a yoga session and the wait list was even full! There was one called abs, bums and thighs that did not

require a fee, as well as a sunrise stretch.

I have the past weeks AOS cruise compass in hand-

Sun - open noon to 10pm. From 2-5pm fitness center orientation (I think like an open house)

The ship has a vitality program were you get paper tokens for certain activities and classes, at end of cruise can turn in for things like key chain, water bottle, back pack etc.

Mon- 7:30-7:50am sunrise & stretch (this is everyday)

8:00-8:45 cycling in motion ($10 fee)

8:30 walk a mile (in line skate shop)

9:30-10:00 abs,buns, thighs

also activities like adult basketball, in-line skating, rock wall climbing (socks needed -rock shoes provided), ping pong, mini golf, ice skating (need socks and pants)

fun tournaments:

Mon: 10:15 adult closest to pin (simulator)

2:00 dodgeball

4:00 volleyball

10:30 increase your metabolism seminar

3:-3:45 Pathway to yoga ($10)

4:-4:45 pathway to Pilates ($10)

everday had a class of some sort, sports activity, dance instruction etc.

I only participated in sports activities, did not use fitness facilitiy this cruise or classes.

Any particular question I can look in Cruise Compass.
