Dolphin encounter and Fins & Flippers?

Would it be possible to do the ship excursion to Anthony's Key for the dolphin encounter and then spend the rest of the day at Fins & Flippers?

If so, would we have to return to the ship and then go back to Fins & Flippers? Or could we go from Anthony's Key directly to Fins & Flippers?

Thanks.

From what I've seen/read you'd go to the dolphin program at AKR, return to the ship's pier, then go to F&F. It should not be difficult to do, the F&F island is very close to the cruiseship dock (they have a small dock that's only 50 or 100 yards away from the cruiseship dock; you board their boat there & it's a very short ride to the island).

For a visual so you can see the proximity, here's a pic I lifted from the F&F website.

F&F island is the little one at the end of the runway. A little up & right of the island you'll see a T shaped pier jutting into the water - that's the cruiseship dock. You catch the ferry to the island just outside the gated entrance (restricted area) to the cruise dock, which would be where the shuttle back from AKR will be dropping you anyway.
