I only drink Coke Zero and want to take some on the ship. Will I be able to purchase this in Vancouver?

Yes it is available. If you are embarking from the Canada Place terminal, you can get it at the Shoppers Drug Mart, in Royal Centre which is about 4 blocks aways, London Drugs at Georgia and Granville 5/6 blocks or 7-11 at Seymour and Dunsmuir 5/6 blocks. There is a small shopping mall in Waterfront Centre which is across the street from Canada Place which may have a convenience store but I don't recall seeing one.

Only if they are staying in one of those hotels because that 7-11 is much further from the cruise terminal.
