Cruise Insurance Question???

Although I always buy cruise insurance, I am considering booking a cruise for the fall of 2009. When booking that far out do CC members generally buy the insurance right away so as to grandfather in pre existing conditions for health, or do you wait until you get within 6 months or so of the cruise?

Thanks,

Mike

I have a pre-existing health condition, and we also have elderly relatives. We always buy travel insurance when we book our trip. If you're going to buy it anyhow, then at least that part is done with.

We always buy it right away, then it's paid for and you don't have to look forward to that extra cost as the cruise gets closer.
