Alaska 2009 Cruise (July)

I have called a couple of UK travel agents and they have informed me the dates and prices haven't been released yet ~ is this correct?

 

We would be looking to cruise from Vancouver :)

I have already received prices for Alaska cruises from my PVP for next June, July & August on Carnival Spirit leaving from either Vancouver or Anchorage. So maybe you need to contact Carnival direct or an American travel agent. I've had my September 2009 Alaska cruise booked since last December. I'd second going direct through Carnival's site.

Princess' Alaska 2009 cruises are available to book for those of us in North America, but apparently won't be available to book in the UK until sometime in June. It's great for us, as I booked the day they opened here, but not so good for you folks across the pond.

Oh you can, they actually opened up the Alaska itineraries to RCCL UK before they opened up to the US. I booked April 3rd for May 2009 - a friend in the UK was able to book a day before me.

My DH and I reserved our room on the Princess Diamond for June 2009

on April 14th not long after they opened.
