Question about Ship Shape dollars...

How do these work?

 

I know that certain fitness classes and events onboard award you Ship Shape dollars...

 

What does it get you? And do they carry over to other cruises? How do you find out how many you have and what to do with them?

 

I did some yoga and pilates on my last cruise and I am wondering if what I do on my next cruise will be added to that? Or are they lost once you leave the ship and you have to start over on the next cruise?
