Cabins for Port Weddings

Recommended Posts

I know that they (Carnival) say that only the bride's cabin is ready on the day of embarkation, but I have wedding party people who are also sailing. Does anyone know whether at least one other cabin would be ready? If someone has experience with this , please respond.

I can't speak for Carnival, but on Royal Caribbean we were told that only the bride's room would be ready. However, we found that the others were clean as well. I think it just depends on how quick the staff are in cleaning the rooms and it ends up being completely random.

Are you looking for another room to get ready in, like to seperate bride and groom? I'm sure if you ask they'll try to get one ready. Or if you take the room that's ready and the groom (who is likely to need less time anyway right?) goes to another guests room and explains to the steward what's happening the steward would hurry to get that room ready too! Just because the doors are closed doesn't mean you can't get in.
