Fantasy_Bride Posted April 16, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 16, 2008 I know that they (Carnival) say that only the bride's cabin is ready on the day of embarkation, but I have wedding party people who are also sailing. Does anyone know whether at least one other cabin would be ready? If someone has experience with this , please respond.
MarinerBride Posted April 16, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2008 I can't speak for Carnival, but on Royal Caribbean we were told that only the bride's room would be ready. However, we found that the others were clean as well. I think it just depends on how quick the staff are in cleaning the rooms and it ends up being completely random. Prinycesa07 Posted April 17, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 17, 2008 I think if you ask for it, they will try to have another ready. No guarantees though. We had 8 cabins reserved and only ours was ready, but we didn't ask for another either.
sassy0930 Posted April 17, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 17, 2008 Are you looking for another room to get ready in, like to seperate bride and groom? I'm sure if you ask they'll try to get one ready. Or if you take the room that's ready and the groom (who is likely to need less time anyway right?) goes to another guests room and explains to the steward what's happening the steward would hurry to get that room ready too! Just because the doors are closed doesn't mean you can't get in.
