We just got off the CB today. The Maitre d' is Angelo Balbiani.

Here is the correct Maitre D:

I have his business card, that he gave me on my final night of dining.

Both Sunmail (who got off on 4/20) and KcFanNindy, who got of in March, may be correct. Each dining room has a Maitre D.

 

They sometimes also swich ships when their contracts are up.

I just received an email from a PSD at Princess telling me that the Matre'D on CB is Angelo Balbiani.You must have gotten a card from a head waiter.

no sir, he personally gave me the card, due to our waiter spilling tea on me at the dinner table on formal night....thats how i ended up in the Sterlings Steakhouse on the final night, plus i am clearing looking at the business card, and his name and title is on the business card.
