New to Spa Services

My DH and I are planning to treat ourselves to a couples massage on our 7/4 AOS cruise. When should we book our treatment and traditionally what is a good time to go??? Also does anyone have pricing for the spa services on AOS? We are doing the Barbados route, so we only have 1 see day. Other possibilities are early morning or late afternoon. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Thanks, Vicki. Don't see a price for the couple's massage - probably the price of a full body massage times 2! We want to have a massage at the same time. Not interested in the Rasul - hey, I want a professional massage (not the 5 or 10 minute husband kind that leads to....)
