For those planning a springtime visit to the Butchart Gardens and are

concerned as to what you will see, here are some pictures taken

today, April 21, 2008. By the time the first cruise ships begin arriving

in Victoria, the gardens will be even more colourful and have even more

variety on show. Also, for those on short, evening arrivals early in

the season, the gardens have special late hours on those days that a

ship is in port to accommodate shore excursions. (See website link at

bottom).

OMG - I want to visit now!! I have seen the Gardens in the summer and at Christmas but never in April. Guess I'll have to plan a trip out there next April! Today in Calgary it's -9C and still snowing!!
