Watched the Seven Seas coming in!!

What a beautiful sight as I was on my way to see my DH in the hospital in Norfolk.....there she was pulling into our port. Gosh I wish I was on her but alas Carnival in June and Princess in October. No April cruise for me.:(

I hope that everyone enjoyed their day in our fair city.

This was my first visit to Norfolk, and what a beautiful city you have.

The Mariner had to wait one hour in the fog before being allowed to enter the port, but once we did, the skies cleared and beautiful weather was in store.

I decided to take a walk on my own to discover the city and found a wonderful local corner bookstore that had many local interest books (something the Barnes and Noble did not). I also visited the Norfolk Museum and the docent was most helpful in directing me to other points of interest to see.

I hope all is well with your husband.
