Insurance??

I booked directly with the cruiseline ... 4 cabins, 11 people. I asked for insurance with all of them. I was looking over the paperwork they sent me, and I see insurance for occupants of 3 cabins (balcony, oceanview, inside), but not on any of us in either reservation (2, since there are 6 of us) for the RFS. Any idea why? I have a call in, but haven't heard yet.
