Has anyone done Gus' Kayaking Adventure Tour?

I have been reading this board extensively, and am still a little undecided about what to do on our Guatemala stop. There has been a lot of discussion about Gus' humanatarian tour, and we may decide on that one, but has anyone done the kayaking tour? That looks fun as well, but I haven't seen any discussion about it. Have any of you taken this tour or have any words of wisdom to make my decision easier?
