Has anyone stayed in Pattaya before a cruise leaving from Bangkok (Laem Chabang). Was it convenient and how did you get to your ship?

from Pattaya to Laem chabang is about 45 min but bangkok would be more fun and a lot more to see . enjoy we id in january the rapshody and had a lot of good memory

Yes I love Bangkok but have been there several times previously. We have never been to Pattaya and that looks closer to where Diamond Princess actually leaves from.
