lstrong Posted October 5, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 5, 2004 Look for hotels in the downtown, embarcadero area. There is a Holiday Inn across the street from the cruise terminal. There is an Embassy Suites 5 minutes away by Taxi. Never used priceline, but to look at some of the hotels here go to http://www.signonsandiego.com and click on hotels for some descriptions. Happy to answer any questions. Laurie

Ma Bell Posted October 5, 2004 #6 Share Posted October 5, 2004 Look at www.biddingfortravel.com and you will be able to see the prices and hotels of previous bidders. You definitely want downtown.

dmk Posted October 6, 2004 #8 Share Posted October 6, 2004 I usually use Priceline but for San Diego I got a good deal on Hotwire. The Hotel is the Holiday Inn San Diego-Harbour View for $48.00. Why don't you take a look at Hotwire.
