I am booked on the Singapore / Vancouver sector of the "Balmoral" world cruise 2009. One of the ports of call is Petropavlovsk in the far east of Russia. Has anyone visited there either on a cruise of for any other reason? If so, what is there of interest to see thwere? any information wouild be helpful.
