Connecting balconies on Adventure??

Recommended Posts

We are sailing with family that will be in the cabin next to us on The Adventure cabins #8564 and #8566. When we sail on princess they can take a pin out of the divider on the balcony and you can share the other cabins balcony. I'm trying to find this out on RCCL and have gotten 3 different answers. Nobody seems to know the answer!!

Any experienced cruisers out there know the answer to this?? Thanks!

Sorry but NO, the balconies of the Series 1 Voyager class, Voyager, Explorer and Adventure, are set into the structure of the ship, and as such the dividers are actually steel walls, series 2 voyager ships, Navigator and Mariner, have plexiglass type swing dividing doors that can be unlocked by the crew, if the captain allows it. Freedom class ships, have a sliding divider that slides out of the way.

This is Off Topic, but I noticed you live in Melbourne Florida - how far is Melbourne from Port Canaveral?? I am trying to rent a car in Orlando and drop it at Port Canaveral or Cocoa Beach and cannot seem to find a company with a depot there.

Thanks for your help!

Rumor has it, that even if they could open they are not allowing it at this time.

As far as the Rental Car goes we used Avis and rented at the Airport in Orlando and dropped it of in Port Canaveral and they have a free shuttle to the Pier.

Most of them do there.
