A simple 'Thank you!' to you wonderful HAL board members

Leaving on the Westerdam next Sunday, I've found myself reading nearly every post and every thread on this board since January.

 

The information, tips and light-hearted comments from everyone have made planning this trip (our first HAL cruise, but 11th overall) already memorable.

 

I promise to post a review (most likely a comparison to our "home" line, Princess) and a few photos from our trip. And, if all goes well, my wife and I (both in our mid 20s) will make some fantastic! "seasoned" traveler friends on the Westerdam (wink, wink). :)

Have a great time on your first Holland America cruise. Our first HAL cruise was also on the Westerdam, I love that ship. Can't wait to hear all about your trip when you get back.

I have to agree with sppunk. These boards are great. We leave on the Zaandam in two weeks, our first cruise, and have been reading since last October. Thanks to everyone for all the great information!
