ATV vs. Jeep Excursion

I am having a hard time debating between these two excursions at Cozumel. Has anyone done both (on separate visits of course), or would recommend one over the other?

 

I would like to do a little sight seeing, a little kayaking, snorkeling, be lazy on the beach...etc. I like both itineraries. However, one offers Kayaking and the other doesn't; one goes to a private beach, the other doesn't. Decisions, decisions!

 

Help please :confused:
