Family checking in at different times?

Double checking arrival plan:) I am traveling with three families. The moms and kids are spending 3 days at beach before cruise. The dads are flying in at 1:15pm the day of cruise. Moms and kids don't want to wait to check-in! So, will this be a problem? Walk me thru the process. Thanks

One person can check in everyone for their family but they must have the passports and the CC used for the ship board accounts. The late arrivals must show a photo ID to enter the terminal. such as a drivers license.

But those who check in will have the Key to the world card for the late family member and those late people can NOT board the ship without them.

so even though the families can check in, someone will have to wait in the terminal for the others to arrive to give them their cards so they can board the ship.
