Can you use the plug in the bathroom for a night light or a hair dryer? I have heard and read that it is only for electric razors. What kind of razor would that be? Don't electric razors have the same type of plug as everythig else?

It is not compatible with US plugs.

 

There is one by the dresser/desk that you can use.

So if not compatible then how is it that your razor works? can you use an adaptor?

IIRC (from way back), it's a razor plug found commonly in the UK (2 round prongs).

Instead of a nightlight, you can leave the light on in the bathroom ... usually offers enough light around the edge of the door for orientation in the darkness.

Good to know, we were told to bring a power strip so the plugs would be more easily acessable
