ShipNutt Posted October 8, 2004 #1 Share Posted October 8, 2004 Anybody take this trip from Miami to Long Beach September 5th to 20th. I am looking at another Relocation cruise and I am curious to see how the staff handles the same people for an extended period of time. Thanks. kkorman Posted October 8, 2004 #2 Share Posted October 8, 2004 I have not been on a Carnival relocation cruise, but have been on other lines and the longer you are on board the friendlier the crew will become as well as the people on board. 7-days is not enough time to get to know anyone. DeckCadet Posted October 8, 2004 #3 Share Posted October 8, 2004 Well, under the circumstances, it was great. Despite missing 2 ports, losing a day, and having bad weather for the start and finish of the cruise, it was well handled by the staff and we got great food and treatment. bikeman688 Posted October 9, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 9, 2004 I was on the Escatsy repo cruise from Long Beach to Miami. The cruise was great The staff was execelent. The average age on a repo cruise is not that of a typical carnival cruise. The average age was of 70 & there were only 18 childern on the cruise.
